I just tried out new Lumen Software and i have to say, it’s not worth time. The consumer pages was social so anyone can look at all of them, you don’t get far information on some body besides its years and a few images. You could place a custom made bio if you would like but there is no manifestation of what lengths away they real time away from you – zero distance or place pointers anyway! Which makes it difficult to find someone you care about because of the that basically matches what you are wanting with regards to existence and appeal.
The application in addition to will not promote advantages having its superior subscription either; little more than being able to see who’s liked your own reputation before others perform which is kind of useless because most individuals won’t even annoy examining each person’s reputation anyhow! As well as, whenever i is actually trying out the website I found a bit a great couples fake pages also – something which can easily be stopped in the event that pages had ideal confirmation process in place (such as for instance which have a current email address from the their account). All-in-this relationship application only was not up my personal alley; anywhere between lacklustre member pages, minimal keeps available for those using people including certain questionable authenticity issues – let’s simply state they don’t generate me personally swoon particularly Cupid created!
Let & Service
If you are searching to own help from Lumen Software, try not to keep your own breathing. Which dating internet site has a lot of possible nevertheless when it comes to customer service, they leave one thing to getting wanted. We have attempted calling them one or two moments rather than got any reaction or the answers were not sufficient.
The fresh new application does not have any an FAQ webpage so if you’re with trouble with some thing related to using the software, best wishes delivering help! You might contact its group via email address that’s meant to getting replied within 24 hours – yeah correct! That’s just wishful considering since the if you ask me it just take much more than you to (whenever). Plus i don’t have actually a phone number listed on their site https://lovingwomen.org/da/blog/bedste-lande-der-elsker-amerikanske-maend/ so disregard talking actually which have somebody who may actually let solve your condition quickly and efficiently. It is such as pull teeth seeking score advice here!
I’m not sure what sort of video game Lumen Application are to tackle however, which lackadaisical emotions toward support service means some big improve As quickly as possible before profiles begin moving vessel reduced than simply mice from a sinking vessel. They want more effective tips for customers looking to guidelines – maybe were real time talk? Or what about answering less? Something would-be better than nothing…and therefore appears to be everything we actually have taking place here regrettably ??
Conclusion: If you find yourself expecting quick answers from Lumen Application next get ready oneself having disappointment whilst looks like holding out permanently you will become your sole option when dealing with them…
Cover & Protection
Despite their hope to be “brand new easiest over 50s relationship application around the world,” they fails to send about this top. There aren’t any confirmation process or two-step verification options available here thus there isn’t any solution to determine if pages is actually whom they do say they are – that renders myself ponder just how many spiders and you can fake accounts I’m reaching!
Together with, photo aren’t yourself analyzed either; anyone can upload any kind of photo needed with no all of them confirmed by the an administrator first. It means all sorts of unsavory photos would be boating you do not need the sight seeing! And while the online privacy policy does believe that member analysis wouldn’t become shared with businesses (which is an excellent), in addition, it says nothing from the protecting information that is personal of hackers otherwise most other malicious stars – things I believe should become managed As soon as possible just before individuals gets hurt down the line. Yikes! In the end, Lumen App will not appear to be a fantastic choice when it comes so you’re able to safety and security steps – about perhaps not now anyway…thus perhaps give this 1 a miss up until further find?
