The program is offered at both COTC campuses as well as online. It can be combined with a business associate degree to earn a Bachelor’s Degree through our 2+2 program. This program is designed to prepare students for entry level management, supervisory and administrative trainee jobs in the service and production industries. It is a balanced program that provides an integrated and practical approach to the responsibilities of business operations such as human resources, marketing and management as well as supervision. The program also offers the general education curriculum along with a range of electives.
